Upload Drawing / Request a Manufacturing Quote

ENGINEERING REVIEW & QUOTATION

Send your project details, drawing or BOM for manufacturing review. Drawing upload is strongly recommended but is not mandatory when confidentiality or project stage prevents immediate file sharing.

1. Project Type

Sheet Metal · CNC · Welding · Assembly · Enclosure / Cabinet · Stamping · Die Casting · Other.

2. Requirements

Quantity, material, finish, tolerance, application, inspection, assembly and delivery requirements.

3. Files & Contact

Company, country, business email, WhatsApp and drawing / CAD / BOM files where available.

Files & contact

Files are stored outside the public WordPress uploads directory. Do not upload executable files or unrelated personal information.

What Happens After Submission

RFQ Received → Engineering Review → Manufacturing Route / Clarification → Quotation. Lead time and quotation timing depend on drawing complexity, quantity, material, process and finishing requirements.

Drawing File Security

Accepted manufacturing files are validated before storage and saved outside the public WordPress media directory. CAD and BOM files are not attached to notification emails and are not exposed through normal public upload URLs.

PROCUREMENT FAQ

Questions Buyers Commonly Ask

Is a drawing mandatory to submit an RFQ?

No. A drawing is strongly recommended, but buyers at an early or confidentiality-sensitive stage can submit company information, project type, quantity, application and key requirements first.

Which files can be uploaded?

The secure RFQ system accepts controlled engineering file types including PDF, STEP or STP, IGES or IGS, DWG, DXF and ZIP, subject to file validation and size limits.

Are uploaded drawings placed in the public WordPress media library?

No. RFQ files are stored outside the public web root with randomized server filenames and restricted administrator download access.

What happens after submission?

The normal route is RFQ receipt, engineering review, manufacturing-route or clarification questions, quotation, sample or prototype where required, and production after commercial approval.
