ABOUT LIUMAI

LIUMAI is a custom metal fabrication, CNC machining and assembly manufacturer based in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. The company supports build-to-print OEM projects from customer drawings through fabrication, machining, welding, inspection, assembly and packaging.

Manufacturing Model

The core model is build-to-print manufacturing. LIUMAI works with equipment manufacturers, automation companies, brands, distributors, traders, engineering companies and other industrial buyers that need custom metal parts or assemblies made to drawings, samples, BOMs or defined requirements.

One Project, Fewer Supplier Handoffs

Projects can combine sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, hardware, partner-supported finishing, inspection and complete assembly. The goal is to reduce coordination between separate suppliers while keeping capability boundaries transparent.

Engineering Support

Support includes drawing modification, DFM, 2D/3D conversion, production drawing preparation, material and tolerance review, bend/weld optimization, BOM organization and engineering changes. LIUMAI does not position this as unrestricted concept-to-product design from zero.

Export & Packaging

Packaging can include cartons, EPE, protective film, rust prevention, pallets, wooden crates, labels, barcodes, shipping marks, customer-brand packaging and kitting. Confirmed commercial terms currently include EXW and FOB; other terms are reviewed before commitment.
