LIUMAI operates an approximately 5,000 m² metal manufacturing facility with about 40 employees, including three engineering/technical staff and two QC staff. The factory supports build-to-print sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, welding, inspection and complete assembly.
Core Equipment
Sheet Metal
2 laser cutting machines and 2 CNC press brakes, supported by drilling, tapping, riveting, grinding and polishing equipment.
CNC Machining
10 CNC machining centers / milling machines, 10 CNC lathes and 1 wire cutting machine.
Welding
9 TIG/MIG welders, 2 laser welders and 2 spot welders for industrial fabricated parts and assemblies.
Inspection & Secondary Operations
Inspection capability includes optical measurement, hardness testing, roughness testing, salt spray testing and color difference measurement, together with common dimensional gauges. Screen printing and laser marking are also available in-house.
How Larger or Special Projects Are Reviewed
Large assemblies are reviewed by overall size, weight, structure, handling, welding/assembly route and transportation. Processes outside normal in-house equipment ranges can be evaluated through qualified manufacturing partners. This is presented transparently as partner-supported capability rather than as in-house equipment.
