CNC Milling & Turning

LIUMAI supports milled and turned metal components for automation equipment, industrial machines, enclosures, fixtures, mounting systems and mixed-process assemblies. Features can include holes, slots, threads, faces, bores and geometry defined by customer drawings.

Common Materials

Projects can be reviewed in aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, brass and other common engineering metals. Material selection can also be reviewed as part of DFM and cost optimization.

Common In-House Size Range

Common in-house machining size is approximately 850 mm. Larger or special parts are not automatically rejected: they are reviewed by material, geometry, tolerance and quantity for in-house, partner-supported or hybrid manufacturing.

Sheet Metal + CNC in One Project

One of LIUMAI’s strongest manufacturing routes is combining precision machined components with fabricated sheet metal, welding, hardware, finishing and final assembly. This reduces supplier handoffs for equipment manufacturers and OEM procurement teams.

Inspection

Available inspection tools include calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread and plug gauges, optical measurement, hardness testing and roughness testing. LIUMAI does not claim an in-house CMM; special inspection requirements should be stated on the RFQ.
