Engineering Support
LIUMAI can support drawing conversion and modification, 2D-to-3D or 3D-to-production drawings, bend development, tolerance review, material alternatives, weld structure optimization, BOM organization and cost-reduction DFM. This is manufacturing engineering support, not open-ended from-zero product design.
Prototype to Repeat Production
Single-piece prototypes, low-volume trials, batch production, repeat orders, split deliveries and rolling production can be reviewed according to project requirements.
Inspection & Traceable Review
First article, in-process and final inspection can be combined with inspection reports where required. Special functional, dimensional or customer-specific requirements should be identified in the RFQ and drawings.
