Medical Equipment Metal Manufacturing
MEDICAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING
LIUMAI supports build-to-print metal structures, housings and mechanical assemblies for medical-equipment programs. Our manufacturing role is focused on the physical product structure and production route; regulatory, clinical and medical-performance requirements remain project-specific and must be defined by the customer.
Relevant Product Experience
Examination / Gynecology Bed Structures
Metal frames, covers, brackets, panels and assembly-ready structures for examination-bed programs.
Lifting Chairs & Motion Structures
Fabricated frames, mounting parts, housings and mechanical structures for lifting-chair applications.
Equipment Housings
Sheet-metal housings, covers, internal brackets and equipment enclosures for related medical-device programs.
Deodorizing Equipment Structures
Frames, housings and metal assemblies for deodorizing-equipment programs where defined by customer drawings.
Infrared Equipment Structures
Manufacturing of housings, frames and mechanical assemblies for infrared-equipment programs without making therapeutic or clinical claims.
Integrated Assemblies
Projects can combine fabricated and machined parts, hardware, selected purchased components, inspection and packaging under one coordinated route.
Manufacturing Considerations
Medical-equipment structures often require controlled appearance, smooth edges, repeatable hole and interface positions, stable welded geometry and assembly fit. Requirements are reviewed from the customer drawing, BOM, acceptance criteria and any applicable project-specific standards.
Typical Process Combination
Sheet metal fabrication → CNC machining where required → welding / fastening → grinding and secondary work → partner-supported finishing where specified → inspection → assembly → packaging.
Quality & Documentation Boundary
LIUMAI can support drawing-led first-article, in-process and final inspection, with measurement records where specified. Website content does not imply that every medical project automatically carries a particular regulatory or quality-system certification.
What Buyers Should Send for Review
Drawing / BOM
2D/3D drawing, BOM, current revision and a clear description of the frame, housing, motion structure or final assembly scope.
Material & Finish
Material grade, sheet thickness where relevant, finish, appearance requirements and any surface-cleanliness or edge requirements defined by the project.
Inspection & Assembly Inputs
Critical interfaces, fit requirements, inspection points, purchased hardware, quantity, packaging and any customer-defined documentation needs.
Buyer Questions
Does LIUMAI provide medical certification for every project?
No. LIUMAI’s role is build-to-print manufacturing. Regulatory, clinical and certification requirements remain project-specific and must be defined by the customer.
Can LIUMAI support welded frames and outer housings in one program?
Yes, where the drawing and BOM require both structural fabrication and sheet-metal covers or housings.
Can inspection records be supplied?
Project-defined first-article, in-process and final measurement records can be reviewed as part of the RFQ when the required checkpoints are specified.
