One Coordinated Manufacturing Route

Drawing / BOM review → sheet metal fabrication → CNC machining → welding → partner-supported finishing where required → purchased standard parts → assembly → functional or power-on testing where applicable → inspection → packaging.

Engineering Support Before Production

LIUMAI can support drawing conversion and modification, 2D-to-3D or 3D-to-production drawings, bend development, tolerance review, material alternatives, weld-structure optimization, BOM organization and DFM cost review. This is manufacturing engineering support, not open-ended product design from zero.

What We Need to Quote

Latest Drawings

Part drawings, assembly drawings and revision status for fabricated or machined components.

BOM & Purchased Parts

Hardware, standard components, customer-supplied items and approved brands or specifications.

Acceptance Requirements

Critical tolerances, inspection records, functional tests, packaging and delivery requirements.

Inspection & Repeat Production

First article, in-process and final inspection can be combined with measurement records where required. Prototype, low-volume trial, batch and repeat production are reviewed against the drawing set, BOM and project requirements.

PROCUREMENT FAQ

Questions Buyers Commonly Ask

What automation equipment parts can LIUMAI support?

Typical work includes frames, guards, enclosures, panels, brackets, mounting components, CNC-machined parts and multi-process assemblies for automation equipment.

Can LIUMAI work from a BOM as well as drawings?

Yes. Customers can provide drawings and a BOM for manufacturing review, purchased standard parts, fabrication, machining and assembly.

Can projects include functional or power-on testing?

Yes, where applicable and defined by the customer. Functional or power-on testing does not imply electrical safety or regulatory certification.

Can one supplier coordinate fabrication, machining, welding and assembly?

Yes. The route can combine sheet metal, CNC, welding, partner-supported finishing, purchased hardware, inspection, assembly and packaging.
