Drawing review → laser cutting → CNC bending → welding / riveting → partner-supported finishing where required → hardware installation → inspection → assembly → functional or power-on checks where applicable → packaging.
Environmental & Protection Requirements
Sealing, ingress protection, environmental requirements and applicable testing are reviewed according to the customer’s drawing and application. LIUMAI does not apply unsupported IP, NEMA, UL or other certification claims to a project without defined evidence and requirements.
Hardware & Assembly
Projects can include hinges, locks, slides, casters, threaded inserts, standard fasteners, mounting rails, fans, power supplies, switches, controllers and simple wiring harness work based on the supplied BOM and project requirements.
Surface Finishing
Grinding, brushing, polishing, screen printing and laser marking are available in-house. Powder coating, anodizing, plating, galvanizing and other common finishes are coordinated through qualified partner processes and returned to LIUMAI for inspection and assembly.

Does LIUMAI automatically certify enclosures as IP65, IP66, NEMA or UL?
No. Environmental protection, sealing, ingress requirements and applicable testing are reviewed according to the customer drawing and application. No certification is implied unless specifically verified for the project.
Can enclosures be powder coated or anodized?
Yes, these processes can be supported through qualified finishing partners. Grinding, brushing, polishing, screen printing and laser marking are available in-house.
