Best-Fit CNC Projects

OEM Precision Parts

Build-to-print components for automation equipment, industrial machines, fixtures and mounting systems.

Turned & Shaft Components

Shafts, bushings, spacers, threaded parts and other rotational components defined by the customer drawing.

Mixed-Process Assemblies

Machined parts combined with fabricated sheet metal, welding, hardware, finishing and final assembly.

CNC Milling & Turning

Features can include holes, slots, threads, faces, bores and geometry defined by customer drawings. Common materials reviewed include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper and brass.

What We Need to Quote

Drawing & Revision

2D/3D drawing with revision level and any datum, thread or fit requirements that are critical.

Material & Quantity

Material grade and prototype, pilot or repeat-production quantity.

Tolerance & Inspection

Identify critical tolerances, surface finish and any inspection record requirements before production.

Common In-House Size Range

Common in-house machining size is approximately 850 mm. Larger or special parts are reviewed by material, geometry, tolerance and quantity for in-house, partner-supported or hybrid manufacturing rather than being accepted automatically.

Inspection

Available inspection tools include calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread and plug gauges, optical measurement, hardness testing and roughness testing. LIUMAI does not claim an in-house CMM; special inspection requirements should be stated on the RFQ.

Sheet Metal + CNC in One Project

LIUMAI can combine precision machined components with fabricated sheet metal, welding, hardware, finishing and final assembly, reducing supplier handoffs for equipment manufacturers and OEM procurement teams.

Typical Products & Applications

Mounting & Interface Parts

Adapters, shafts, spacers, threaded parts, mounting plates and precision interfaces for OEM equipment.

Lighting & Equipment Components

Machined housing features and structural components for professional lighting and industrial equipment programs.

Mixed-Process Assemblies

CNC parts combined with sheet metal, welding and hardware for automation, automotive and other OEM applications.
