We may collect company name, contact name, country, business email, WhatsApp or phone information, project requirements, quantity, messages, technical drawings, CAD files, BOMs and related files that you choose to submit.

Technical & Source Information

The RFQ system may record the landing page and campaign/source parameters (such as UTM values) submitted with an inquiry so LIUMAI can understand where a business inquiry originated. For website security and abuse prevention, the system may also store a one-way hash derived from the connecting IP address rather than the plain IP address in the RFQ record.

Why We Use It

Information is used to review manufacturing feasibility, clarify requirements, prepare quotations, communicate about projects, maintain inquiry records, improve website performance and protect the website against misuse.

Engineering Files

RFQ files are intended for manufacturing review. The website stores uploaded RFQ files outside the normal public WordPress media directory and restricts direct public access. Buyers should not submit information they are not authorized to share.
