Manufacturing Projects & Application Experience

REAL MANUFACTURING EXAMPLES

This page shows real LIUMAI manufacturing and inspection work without inventing customer case studies. Customer names, logos, confidential drawings and sensitive commercial information are not published without permission.

Selected Project Snapshots

These snapshots summarize verified manufacturing experience without publishing confidential customer drawings, logos or commercial terms. Each program is described by application, process route, key requirements and production status. For the process base behind these examples, see Manufacturing Capabilities.

G-Class Compatible Aftermarket Components

Application: Selected W463, W463A/W464-market-designated and W465 aftermarket programs.

Products: Roof racks, spare tire carriers, running boards, front/rear bumpers, skid plates, underbody protection and exhaust tailpipes.

Route: Sheet metal, bending, tube/fabrication work where required, welding, machined mounting parts, finishing coordination and assembly.

Status: Current production. Fitment is managed by generation, model year, variant and mounting geometry.

Professional Cinema-Lighting Structures

Application: Professional cinema-lighting housings and structural components.

Programs: ReFlex R15, Quantum II, Standard 480 and Quantum Ladder.

Route: Fabrication, CNC machining, welding, secondary finishing, inspection and assembly-ready delivery.

Status: Multi-year production experience, 2017–2023. No direct end-brand supplier relationship is claimed.

Medical Equipment Structures

Application: Examination / gynecology beds, lifting chairs and related equipment structures.

Route: Frames, covers, housings, welded structures, machined interfaces, finishing coordination and assembly.

Focus: Stable geometry, smooth edges, repeatable interfaces, controlled appearance and assembly fit.

Status: Verified manufacturing experience; regulatory and clinical requirements remain project-specific.

Professional Workstation Support Components

Application: Metal support and mounting components ultimately used in professional financial workstation systems through an intermediary sourcing channel.

Route: Drawing-led fabrication / machining, inspection and repeat production according to project requirements.

Public boundary: End-use experience only; no direct-supplier claim.

Commercial Printing Equipment Components

Application: Precision components ultimately used in U.S. commercial printing equipment through an intermediary sourcing channel.

Route: Build-to-print metal component manufacturing with dimensional and appearance requirements defined by the drawing.

Public boundary: End-use experience only; no direct-supplier claim.

Electrical & Equipment Enclosures

Application: Control boxes, cabinets, chassis, equipment housings, panels and internal mounting structures.

Route: Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding / riveting, hardware insertion, partner-supported finishing, inspection and assembly.

Status: Ongoing build-to-print project category supported by current in-house capability.

Project Evidence Matrix

Project Type Verified Manufacturing Route Typical Inspection Focus Useful RFQ Inputs
Equipment Enclosures Laser cutting, CNC bending, welding/riveting, hardware installation, finishing coordination and assembly Drawing dimensions, fit, fabricated features, finish and assembly requirements 2D/3D drawing, material, finish, quantity, hardware/BOM and inspection requirements
Automation Parts Sheet metal, CNC machining, welding and mixed-process assembly as required by the drawing Critical interfaces, machined/fabricated features, assembly fit and project-defined checkpoints Drawing/BOM, tolerance, material, quantity, assembly scope and destination
CNC Components CNC milling/turning with dimensional inspection and downstream assembly when required Critical dimensions, threads, fits, surface requirement and project-defined records 2D/3D drawing, material grade, tolerance, quantity, finish and inspection requirements
Welded Assemblies Cutting/forming, welding, grinding/finishing coordination, inspection and assembly Geometry, weld/fabrication features, appearance and final assembly requirements Drawing, material, overall size, quantity, finish, inspection and packaging requirements

This matrix summarizes verified manufacturing routes already shown on this site. It does not imply one fixed process or inspection package for every project; the final route is confirmed from the drawing, BOM and RFQ requirements.

How a Formal Case Study Is Qualified

A future named case study will only be published when its part type, material, process route, manufacturing challenge, inspection method, assembly scope and outcome are verified and customer confidentiality permits publication.
