Surface requirements are coordinated as part of the manufacturing route. LIUMAI clearly distinguishes secondary finishing performed in-house from coating or treatment processes supported by qualified external partners.
In-House Secondary Finishing
Grinding and polishing are available as part of the fabrication route, including weld cleanup and preparation for later finishing where required.
Project-Specific Brushing & Marking
Brushing, screen printing and laser engraving / marking can be reviewed by project and coordinated through qualified partners where required.

Powder coating and painting can be coordinated through qualified finishing partners.

Anodizing, electroplating and passivation can be reviewed by material and specification and coordinated through qualified partners.

How to Specify a Finish
State material, finish type, color or reference, cosmetic surface requirements, corrosion or test requirements and masked or critical areas on the drawing or RFQ. Special requirements are confirmed before quotation or production.
Ownership After Partner Processing
Where an external finishing process is used, LIUMAI can coordinate the route and return the parts to the project flow for inspection, assembly or packaging as applicable. This does not mean the external process is performed in-house.
