Manufacturing Route
Typical programs can combine laser cutting, CNC bending, tube processing where required, welding, CNC-machined mounting parts, grinding, partner-supported coating or other finishing, dimensional inspection and final assembly. The final route is confirmed from drawings and production quantity.
Fitment Is Project-Specific
“Compatible” means a product is designed for a defined vehicle application; it does not mean every W463, W463A/W464-market-designated or W465 product is interchangeable. LIUMAI reviews model year, variant, mounting geometry and product design before quotation and production.

Vehicle Application
Model year, W463 / W463A-W464 aftermarket designation / W465 application, vehicle variant and any relevant body or exhaust configuration.
Drawing & Mounting Geometry
2D/3D drawing, key dimensions, mounting points, hole locations and any existing vehicle-side interface information.
Production Requirements
Material, finish, target quantity, packaging, appearance requirements and any load or inspection criteria that must be checked.
Buyer Questions
Are W463, W463A/W464 and W465 parts interchangeable?
No assumption is made. Each product is reviewed against the exact model year, vehicle variant, mounting geometry and drawing.
Can LIUMAI manufacture from an existing sample?
A sample can help clarify geometry and appearance, but production review still needs controlled dimensions, material, finish and fitment requirements before quotation.
Can one project combine sheet metal, CNC and welding?
Yes, when the drawing requires a mixed-process route. The practical sequence is confirmed during engineering review.
