Quality Control for Custom Metal Parts & Assemblies
QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is built around drawing requirements, first-article verification, in-process checks and final inspection. LIUMAI does not claim an in-house CMM or certifications that have not been obtained.
Inspection Flow
1. Material Check
Material and project requirements are reviewed before production according to the drawing and purchase requirements.
2. First Article
Initial parts can be checked before batch production where the project requires first-article approval.
3. In-Process
Critical dimensions, fabrication features and assembly requirements are checked during manufacturing.
4. Final Inspection
Finished parts are checked against defined drawing and project requirements before release.
5. Test / Record
Measurement or inspection records can be prepared where required by the project.
6. Packing Release
Parts move to final packaging after required inspection steps are completed.
Available Inspection Equipment
Calipers · micrometers · height gauges · angle gauges · thread gauges · plug gauges · optical/vision measurement · hardness tester · roughness tester · salt spray system · color difference meter.
Tolerance Policy
General tolerances follow applicable GB standards unless otherwise specified. Critical or special tolerances are reviewed based on drawing, material, size, geometry and process. A single blanket tolerance is not applied to every part.
Certification Status
ISO 9001 is planned but LIUMAI is not currently presented as ISO 9001 certified. The website does not claim ISO 13485, IATF 16949 or other unverified certifications.
