Assembly Scope

Mechanical Hardware
Hinges, slides, locks, casters, threaded hardware and other customer-specified standard components.
Selected Electrical Parts
Simple wiring and installation of specified fans, power supplies, switches or controllers where applicable.
Testing
Functional or power-on testing can be performed where the test method and acceptance requirements are defined.
Identification
Labels, nameplates, screen printing and laser marking can be incorporated according to project requirements.
Packaging
Customer packaging, kitting, BOM sub-packaging, cartons, EPE, pallets or wooden-crate solutions can be reviewed.
Order Flexibility
Prototype, low-volume trial assembly, batch production, repeat orders, sample-to-production and split or rolling delivery can be reviewed by project.
