Welding Processes

TIG/argon welding · MIG/MAG/CO2 welding · spot welding · laser welding. Projects can include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and thin-sheet structures depending on drawing and application.

Typical Fabricated Work

Equipment frames, machine guards, cabinets, enclosures, brackets, welded structures and multi-part assemblies. Welding can be combined with laser cutting, bending, CNC machining, hardware installation, grinding, finishing, inspection and assembly.

Distortion & Drawing Review

Weld sequence, joint design, material thickness, tolerance and downstream machining or assembly requirements are reviewed together. Engineering support can propose practical changes where distortion or cost risk is identified.
